ICL creates impactful products and solutions for humanity’s greatest sustainability challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, ICL employees around the world, including their families and communities, were challenged by its environmental, economic and social impact. From the beginning of the pandemic, ICL worked to create a wide and solid support system for its employees, retirees and communities. Various activities and initiatives were developed and launched to keep our employees and retirees ‘physically isolated — but not alone’, in order to enable them to stay safe and healthy, and maintain a work-life balance.
